SONORA is an Austrian Indie Rock band, truly dedicated to songwriting – because “music is more than just a song”. Their trademark – the authentic character of the band and the expressive alto of the singer.

Aside from technical and creative opportunities, honesty is what SONORA aims to keep. The lyrically intense songs are settled between Folk and Indie Rock, with their fundamental spirit tracing back to the traditional style of American songwriters.

The lead singer's vocals are enhanced by her songwriting abilities baring her soul with autobiographical lyrics of love, its illusion and desperation.

SONORA merges strong vocals, thought-provoking lyrics and heart-wrenching music to nail life in a troubled and promising world.
